After chemo, I lost a lot of weight and I had not much appetite. My doctor told me that I needed to gain some weight. I did not just want to start eating more calories but learn to eat healthy. I was also worried because I was about to go back to work and was nervous about how I looked and my low energy levels. A friend suggested to The Cancer Coach. She helped me understand what I should eat and what I should avoid. She also helped me to get organized around my work schedule and plan my meals accordingly.
